• Wrote a business proposal to the stakeholder, outlining niche car specifications.

• Wrote Bills of Materials (BOM) for each subsystem, selection matrices for each component, a cost analysis, an efficiency analysis, and a concept weight estimate.

I lead the solid modeling of wheel splines, utilizing MasterCAM rapid testing of four prototype axles and four race-ready parts.

I also drew detailed technical sketches of each concept - enabled seamless onboarding of new members.
